Questions about TF Chat, trouble signing in or requests about your account: write to our e-mail. It is our main channel, because it lets us log and answer every request.
I can't sign in
On the sign-in screen, tap Forgot password? and follow the steps to set a new password. If you still can't sign in, write to contato@tfsoftware.com.br with your login ID, or the phone number or e-mail of the account.
Delete your account
In the Android or iPhone app:
- Open Profile and scroll to Danger zone.
- Tap Delete my account.
- Enter the account password and tap Delete permanently.
This closes your account. You are signed out on every device immediately and can no longer log in. Your phone number, e-mail and display name are erased at once, and the rest of the account record after 30 days; company data (shops, conversations and financial records) stays with the company account. The deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
If you cannot open the app, write to contato@tfsoftware.com.br and ask for the deletion. Your rights over your data are explained in the Privacy Policy.
