Sign up and sign in
Open an account with phone or email verification. Whoever registers becomes the main account and can create operator seats for the team.
Signing up
- Open the workbench and click Register;
- Choose phone or email, solve the image captcha, then request the verification code;
- Phone numbers work internationally as well as domestically — pick the right country code;
- Enter the code and set your password.
You are now the main account, and the system assigns a unique account number (userId); regular accounts start at 1000. That number appears in your operators' logins, so it is worth noting down.
Ways to sign in
The main account can sign in with any of these identifiers, all with the same password:
- the registered phone number;
- the registered email;
- the account number
userId(for example1000).
An operator signs in with name@mainAccountUserId — for example kefu@1000. Operators cannot register themselves; the main account creates them under Team.
Forgot your password
On the sign-in page click Forgot password and enter your login (phone, email, userId or operator account). The reset code goes to the phone or email on file; for an operator it goes to the contact of the main account it belongs to.
Accounts with no phone and no email on file cannot self-recover — contact the platform administrator.
Sending is protected by the image captcha and by rate limits. Clicking repeatedly gets you blocked for a while, so wait a moment and retry. After a reset, every session of that account is revoked and you must sign in again.
