Buyer profile and conversation product
The panel on the right answers who this buyer is, what they are looking at and what they have bought — the same material the AI reads.
What the panel shows
- Buyer basics: nickname, buyer ID and total amount paid;
- Products of interest: the listings mentioned in this conversation;
- Order history for that buyer in this shop, expandable for details;
- Listed products of the shop, searchable, with one-click sending of a product card.
Orders can be sent as an order card too — faster than typing an order number and impossible to mistype.
When the data refreshes
Profiles and products are built in the background after authorization and updated incrementally. A freshly authorized shop may need a little time before the data is complete.
If the product list is clearly behind (a newly listed item cannot be found), use Resync products in the panel.
This cached context is exactly what the AI reads when generating a reply. To keep replies fast and to protect the platform API quota, the AI does not run a full shop fetch at reply time — so there can be a short window where the panel is already updated while the AI still answers from the previous snapshot.
